Great value for money, with clean and spacious rooms at an affordable price. The location is also good, with easy access to restaurants and shops, as well as a short walk to the beach. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was lacking. The pool area was small and uninviting with a lack of comfortable seating or sun loungers.

I recently stayed at this hotel in a quiet little sanctuary away from the crowds. The location in a residential street gave me a sense of peace and tranquility. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a huge balcony that provided a stunning view of the surroundings. I also appreciated the value for money and the attention to detail in the basic amenities provided. The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying, offering a variety of options to start the day.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome in their hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the location just a short walk from the beach. We also ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was delicious. Since we stayed in Phuket only for a weekend and didn't plan any island trips in advance, the hotel manager set up a late night meeting for us with a guy who organizes Phi Phi Island tours so we could go on a trip the next morning. My boyfriend and I had such a great time in Kata!

We really enjoyed our stay, originally booked for one night but stayed for 5, we have been in Thailand for 3 months and this was the definarly the best value for money in a lovely quiet area only 5mins walk to kata beach, or 10mins to kata beach, all the staff really lovely and attentive, rooms nice and homely, enjoyed the brekfast. Rained a few days so the satalite tv and DVD player was handy and also the free use of their steam room and jacuzi was a bonus! Overall we loves our stay, highly recommended!!!
Only thing didn't like to much was the pillows were to big and solid and the beds a bit hard but other than that was perfect!

What a perfect romantic escape! the spacious room was equipped with all the essentials, including cable TV and a comfortable bed. the hotel's location was key, as it was within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants.
The bathroom could have been cleaner and there was a minor issue with the air conditioning. these were small points compared to the overall great experience we had.

The owners are fantastic..! They speak many languages, and are attentive to all of your needs. The hotel is on a quiet street away from all the vendors and pushy tourist traps. So tranquil and peaceful, and only three minutes walk to the stores, shops, and places to see. The steam sauna was great and the cool down jacuzzi next to it was awesome! Their pool is clear, cool and inviting. They let you bring in your own drinks to enjoy and do not hassle you to buy their products. The breakfasts are fantastic!!! Try the Dutch pancakes. They are included with the room and will make you pretty much anything you want. The Mai Thais at their bar are incredible!! Great location, service and staff. I would very much like to visit this hotel again. Good FREE WIFI too!! and English channels on the television. Complementary books for the beach from their library. Under ten minutes quiet walk to the beach from your room. Cannot say enough good things about the hotel and the owners!!
Only that we had to say goodbye and leave...

Good for the price, decent location, roomy
Their restaurant is very bad. I would advise against eating there. The water heater for the shower was either blistering hot, or off completely.

Our family had an amazing stay at a hotel situated on a small cliff overlooking the ocean. the breathtaking views from our balcony greeted us every morning. the location was convenient as we could easily walk to the beach during the day and take a quick ride back to the airport. the hotel's service was impeccable, and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the breakfast offered a variety of options, and we enjoyed using the pool and spa facilities.
The street noise sometimes disturbed our peaceful stay.
